Sleep
So recently I've been debating sleep with my boss. He is a morning person and gets up at 3am whereas I am a night person and often catch him before I go to bed :D.
Thinking that too much sleep is a bad thing (and sometimes I sleep for 16 hours) we agreed to try 7 days of 6 hours sleep a night. Easy enough. It's tough tbh, but it's also a little early to tell. Initial reactions on day three are that I'm getting more done.
Sleep on the internet is a very interesting topic, and hopefully I'll blog about it again soon.
